Our story
Filipino-owned since 2008
Hermias Enterprises was established in 2008 in Cebu City. A proudly Filipino-owned company, we supply marine sand and quarry aggregates for infrastructure, reclamation, and port projects across the Philippines.
Our materials have supported major projects for leading contractors—from the Cebu–Cordova Link Expressway and the SRP reclamation in Cebu, to port developments in Bohol and renewable-energy works in Guimaras.

Under her leadership, Hermias Enterprises became the only officially accredited marine sand supplier in the country — setting the standard for responsible sourcing in the construction industry.

Jose Archer Hermias
Chief Operating Officer
Jose Archer runs our day-to-day quarry operations — production, logistics, safety protocols, and quality control. His hands-on leadership keeps materials on spec and projects on time.

Chief Administrative Officer
Lira manages the backbone of the company: finance, human resources, and compliance. Her work keeps Hermias Enterprises well-structured, legally sound, and financially stable.
